This website is operated by V for Life (registered charity no. 1120687, company no. 6294709). Throughout these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to V for Life. By visiting our website and/or buying something from our online shop, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms”), together with our privacy policy and refund and returns policy. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the shop.
1. Online shop terms
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority where you live. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, and you must not break any laws in your jurisdiction when using the site. You must not transmit any viruses or other code of a destructive nature. A breach of any of these Terms will result in immediate termination of your use of the shop.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time. Card details are always encrypted during transfer over networks. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell or exploit any part of the shop without our express written permission.
3. Accuracy of information
We are not responsible if information on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only. We may change the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information.
4. Changes to the service and prices
Prices for our products may change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the shop at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the service.
5. Products
Some products may be available only online and may have limited quantities, and are subject to return or exchange only according to our refund and returns policy. We have made every effort to show the colours and images of our products as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of any colour will be accurate. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction, and to limit the quantities of any products we offer.
Delivery: we deliver to UK addresses only. Orders are posted within 2 working days by Royal Mail 2nd class post. Postage is charged on every order, including orders for free items, and is shown in your basket before you pay.
Webinars and online masterclasses: after you buy a webinar or online masterclass, we will email you with the details you need to join.
6. Billing and account information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us, and may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we will try to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address or phone number provided at the time the order was made. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made in our shop.
7. Optional tools
We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control. Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk.

Some content, products and services available via our shop may include materials from third parties. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for examining or evaluating their content or accuracy.
9. Comments, feedback and other submissions
If you send us creative ideas, suggestions, proposals or other materials, you agree that we may, at any time and without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute and otherwise use them. You agree that your comments will not violate any right of any third party, nor contain unlawful, abusive or obscene material.

We do not guarantee that your use of our shop will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, V for Life shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the shop or any products bought through it. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under English law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
