At V for Life, we champion respect for dietary diversity. Food is a vital part of identity, especially in later life when catering may be in the hands of others. That’s why we supported the launch of the Special Dietary Network (SDN) in 2023, bringing together voices from a range of faith and cultural backgrounds to highlight how essential it is to honour dietary requirements.
In the year ahead, we’ll continue to explore how food connects us to tradition and meaning – whether through recipes, stories or discussion of dietary practices.
