Chef Alex from the Roving Chef team will be giving a short presentation on the importance of respecting individuals beliefs and life choices whilst still meeting the needs of a texture modified diet. He focuses on texture and nutrition, as well as respecting the dietary choices of the individual. The presentation will cover vegetarian and vegan diets as well as cultural needs. Chef Alex will be sharing resources designed by VfL to support vegetarians and vegans requiring a texture modified diet.
