Join Chef Justina via Zoom, for V for Life's next virtual vegan lunch club Tuesday 23 February 2021.
We'll be making and enjoying all things chocolate; chocolate pots, hazelnut truffles and chocolate fudge cake.
Check out the recipes below , buy your ingredients and cook the dishes on the day ready for the Zoom chat at 1pm.
If cooking on the day you'll need to buy or find the following ingredients in your cupboards:
Chocolate pots
Hazelnut truffles
Chocolate fudge cake
Fudge filling
Feel free to pick and choose which recipes you make: you don't need to make them all. The simplest and quickest dish to make is the chocolate pots. Or feel free to join us with a cuppa or whatever you're having for lunch that day. Talk cookery, recipes and more, and meet like-minded people from across the UK.
Chef Justina says:
The virtual lunch club is not only a place for food lovers, but a place where like-minded people share their stories and laugh. It cannot be easier to meet friendly faces than in the comfort of your own home with a plate of warm food in front of you. It might sound strange at first, but I promise that it is really fun when we all get to enjoy the same food as if we are sitting at the same table.
Open to vegetarians, vegans and meat reducers aged 65 and over. Email ellie@vegetarianforlife.org.uk to find out more, or to book your place and get the Zoom link and password. Or call the VfL office on 0161 257 0887.
