  • Mushroom and Ale Pot Pies

    More comfort food, this is ideal for an autumn evening. You’ll need two small ovenproof pie dishes (about 350ml capacity each). Use a vegetable stock cube to make the stock.
  • Mushroom and ‘Steak’ Steamed Pudding
