Avocado Poached Egg

Time to prepare: 15 mins
Dietary requirements: Dairy-free, Halal, Kosher

Ingredients

  • 1 small ripe avocado
  • 1 free-range egg
  • 1 slice bread
  • Extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Lightly toast a slice of favourite bread and drizzle with oil.
  2. Peel and slice the avocado and arrange on toast.
  3. Poach egg and serve on top of the bed of avocado on toast.
