Chocolate Pots

Super quick and tasty dessert. fortified with silken tofu for a protein-packed pud.

Serves: 4
Time to prepare: 10 mins
Dietary requirements: Dairy-free, Egg-free, Vegan


  • 75g/2½oz dark vegan chocolate, melted
  • 300g/10½oz silken tofu
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ a small banana
  • A few chocolate shavings for decoration


  1. Blend all of the ingredients together.
  2. Pour mixture into 4 small glasses or pots and store in fridge.
  3. When serving, sprinkle over shavings of dark chocolate.
