            Ingredients
            
            
            
              
                - 1–2 cloves garlic
 
              
                - ¼ cup olive oil
 
              
                - ¼ cup walnuts or pine nuts or combination of both
 
              
                - 1 cup mixed kelp and sea sprigs or seaweed of your choice
 
              
                - 1 cup fresh basil
 
              
                - 1½ cups spinach
 
              
                - 2–3 tbsp lemon juice
 
              
                - 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
 
              
                - Couple pinches salt
 
              
            
            
            
            
            
            
            
            
            
            
           
          
          
            Instructions
            
              - Blitz garlic with olive oil in food processor for a few seconds.
 - Add nuts and blitz for a few seconds.
 - Add remaining ingredients and blitz until combined. You may need to add some water to loosen.
 - Serve with pasta, bread or crackers and vegan cheese and fruit.
