                - 1 ripe avocado
 
              
                - Juice of ½ lime
 
              
                - 1 tomato, finely chopped with centre removed 
 
              
                - Pinch chilli flakes
 
              
                - Good lug of olive oil
 
              
                - Handful coriander, roughly chopped

            Instructions
            
              - Mash the avocado, lime, tomato, chilli and olive oil together with a fork.
 - Stir in the coriander and season to taste.
