Ingredients
- 60g/2.5oz rice
- 60g/2.5oz vegan margarine
- 120g/4.5oz mushrooms, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 120g/4.5oz vegan cheese
Instructions
- Boil rice as normal.
- Gently fry the onion and mushroom in the margarine until the onion is soft.
- Grate the cheese and mix together with the rice, onions and mushrooms, curry powder and seasoning.
- Put in greased casserole and bake at 150°C/350°F/gas mark 4 for 30 minutes.
