Recent online VfL cookery demonstrations have featured carrot and orange soup served with hand-made flatbreads and finished with hazelnut truffles.
VfL Roving Chef Justina hosted the presentations through online events organiser Rest Less.
In another session, Justina focussed on cooking for one, and smaller portions, including: One-pot butternut squash macaroni cheese; banana and peanut butter fortified milkshake; and chocolate mug cake.
More than 120 people watched the events, which Rest Less made available afterwards.
